The Advancing CSO Capacities and Engaging Society for Sustainability (ACCESS) Project works to strengthen civil society organizations (CSOs) throughout Georgia. It is a five-year $5.5 million USD project funded by USAID and implemented by East-West Management Institute (EWMI) and its local partners.
IDRA was involved for the work with M&E component of the project. Specifically:
- In preparation for review of ACCESS PMP, reviewed ACCESS program description from the Cooperative Agreement and the Year One Work Plan;
- Reviewed and provided written feedback to ACCESS PMP Table of Indicators expanded with definitions;
- Reviewed and finalized ACCESS PMP Table of Indicators and indicators reference sheets as per ACCESS staff feedback based on their participation at USAID’s M&E workshop – this includes defining effective data collection methods and tools, and developing better/new indicators that capture ACCESS impact;
- Developed a Web based Management Information System reflecting the final PMP plan for tracking indicators over the project lifetime, storing relevant documents/reports linked with indicators, producing periodical reports on project target achievements etc. The Web MIS would be the primary tool for the M&E project specialist for tracking PMP.
